An independent primary care team in Ontario, Canada is looking for a Family Medicine Physician with an interest in community-based healthcare. The team comprises a collaborative group of physicians, supported by a wide range of allied healthcare professionals. This family medicine role is open to both international applications and locally trained doctors, though those with a CCT in Family Medicine or equivalent qualifications are most encouraged to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DETAILS

CCT Family Medicine is required for this role, and anyone with an interest in chronic disease management or mental health should apply. The salary will be between CAD $150,000 and $300,000, dependent on experience or grade.

CORE DUTIES OF THIS ROLE

• Provide primary care and chronic disease management to a diverse patient population.
