A great opportunity for experienced emergency medicine specialists looking to further their career in the NHS and work towards consultant status in the UK. Working with one of the largest integrated care Trusts in the country bringing together acute and community services across three boroughs of London, with this being a particularly exciting time to join the trust as the pursue improvement and pioneer system change in emergency care in London.
With vacancies across two main sites in the trust the Emergency Department are looking for doctors at middle grade level for both registrar and specialty doctor positions.
Significant training and education opportunities are available at both sites, with large postgraduate education departments overseeing the training of roughly 600 doctors in postgraduate training in conjunction with the local University. In addition, both sites have extensive Research & Development facilities that are well recognised in the area.
One site has 520 acute beds whilst the smaller district general hospital has 275 and between them both they offer state of the art ED equipment and care to their local population.
Requirements for this position:
- Minimum four years in emergency medicine
Exemptions can be offered for this position for candidates that demonstrate excellent levels of English at interview stage.*
