An exciting opportunity to work in a community adult psychiatry setting is open to candidates and will provide excellent experience of working with people with a wide range of acute metal health problems.
The Crisis Resolution and Home treatment Team provides urgent crisis assessments and intensive support aiming to where safely possible, avert the need for inpatient admission.
There is an established multidisciplinary team of nursing staff, social workers, family therapists, associate mental health workers, support workers and peer workers.
This is a high performing and busy community team which receives on average 200 referrals per month.
Requirements for the role:
- experience in general adult psychiatry
- equivalent EEA medical degree
- May accept PLAB candidates with suitable experience in psychiatry
