Providing healthcare to a diverse population, this trust utilises all the community resources available including health, social care, VCSE organisations and local communities and consider resources to support wellbeing outside of mental health services alone.
The appointed consultant will liaise closely with the Single Point of Access (SPA) and the Primary Care Mental Health Service to facilitate smooth transitions with secondary care. Key working relationships will be with the Clinical Director, GPs, SPA, Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT) and Early Intervention Service.

The trust are looking for a dynamic individual with at least 5 years experience of working in mental health who are excellent clinicians in general adult psychiatry, enthusiastic teachers, who are passionate about improving services, and strong leaders.
