Specialty Doctor in Dermatology - Training and CESR Support available

Opportunity for senior dermatologists looking to develop and attain CESR or CCT in the NHS. Those looking to work as NHS Consultants are welcomed at one of the largest trusts in the region.

The department are looking for specialty doctors in dermatology who are open to working across two sites and joining a growing team in a well kitted department. The department comprises 8 clinic rooms, 2 minor operating theatres, separate areas for patch testing, phototherapy and PDT. The unit also has its own dedicated administrative, medical and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will have ambitions to support the lead consultant and consultant team in redesigning the dermatology service to work towards an integrated community service across the region whilst developing and supporting staff across the Specialist Doctor development programme and nurse practitioner trainees. There are consultant vacancies avaialble and the ideal candidate will have the ambition to develop and quickly attain CESR or CCT with a view to taking a substantive consultant role with the trust.

Requirements for this position are:

• MRCP (desirable not essential)
• OET or IELTS
• Eligibility for GMC registration
• Extensive experience in dermatology, minimum of four years in specialism.
