How we help
Our services cover three areas: Recruitment, Relocation, and Retention.
Recruitment: We understand that time and cost pressures are significant. We source doctors that fit, not just in terms of qualifications but in personality and long-term goals too. Every doctor we recommend has been through a rigorous vetting process, ensuring they are fully prepared to work in the NHS.
Relocation: Once a doctor accepts a role, our full relocation service begins. We handle everything from pre-employment checks to helping the doctor and their family settle into the UK. This includes support with visas, housing, schools, bank accounts, and even navigating council tax. Our aim is to make sure your new doctor can focus entirely on their job from day one.
Retention: We know that the journey doesn’t end once the doctor arrives. Our comprehensive aftercare ensures doctors are happy and confident in their new roles, improving their longevity in your Trust. Our onboarding support includes check-ins at 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, providing a continuous touchpoint to address any issues early on.
