The Stroke Medicine Department & Team
The Stroke Medicine department is a forward-thinking and expanding service, providing exemplary care across hyper-acute, acute, and rehabilitation domains. The department boasts an impressive stroke unit and a dedicated rehabilitation unit. Services include a 7-day TIA service, advanced imaging pathways, and a Young Stroke Clinic. The team is committed to delivering high-quality care and continuously improving patient outcomes. The department is supported by a dedicated team of stroke consultants, specialty and foundation trainees, stroke nurse consultants, and a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Continued Professional Development
