Job Description

An opportunity for an experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a dedicated and passionate NHS community CAMHS team in the North West of England. Situated close to Manchester, and also the Lake District, this is a great location to join the NHS.  Suitable for experienced Child Psychiatrists, the trust will support. CESR and consider both Specialty Doctor, Specialist Grade and Consultants to join their team depending on your situation and experience. 

This full time post based within Tier 3 Generic CAMHS and ideal for experienced child & adolescent psychiatrists from the UK and overseas.

WHAT IS THE DEPARTMENT & TEAM LIKE?
The Tier 3 CAMHS team is one of the 7 CAMH Services within this NHS Trust. There are good links with primary care, Children's Services, local schools and the Paediatricians at the nearby University Hospitals. 

The post is within the tier 3 CAMHS team, which provided generic & outpatient CAMHS. The post holder will be involved in assessing, diagnosing and treating children and young people presenting with a range of mental health difficulties up to the age of 18 years.
