The Acute Medicine Department & Team

The Acute Medicine Department is a critical component of this NHS Trust, focusing on providing high-quality care for patients admitted through the Emergency Department and General Practice. The department is expanding and includes a team of experienced Acute Care Physicians who manage a high volume of admissions daily. The department features a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, specialty doctors, trainees, and Advanced Clinical Practitioners, all working together to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care.
